Reinforced steel inspection:
A Krazan & associate arrived onsite on -time for reinforcing steel inspection, we meet with the contractor and
discussed about the details of the inspection, contractor placed the reinforcing steel at stem wall footing grid line
@ 1.6-2/13, spread footing grid line @ D/1.7, stem wall grid line @ C-13/3, A-03, 2-3/A, A-13/2, B-02.1, 2.1-
3/C. We verified the reinforcing steel for size, grade, clearances, dimension, spacing. cleaned of all dirt, oil,
grease. See drawing S2.0 for more detail. Site photos attached for reference only.
In our opinion, the reinforcing steel was place in general accordance to the approved plan and specification.
Note:
We notify the contractor they need to maintain 3-in clearances at step footing and they need to fix the
rebars and prior placement of concrete they need to check of frozen ground.
Adhesive anchor inspection:
While contractor requested for adhesive anchor inspection, contractor use SIMPSON Strong -Tie SET-3G,
product no#1000396709, expiration date: 10/11/25, location of adhesive anchor inspection at existing wall and
existing footing grid line @ D/1.7, D/2, D/2.8, C/2 with embedment depth of 6-in a total of 23 holes, before they
put the epoxy, we verified the cleanliness of the holes. See drawing 2.0 and per manufacturer instruction for
