Arrived on site, as per dispatch, to perform adhesive anchor pull-out test.
Hydraulic porta-power was used to exert a minimum pressure of 5,320 PSI on two anchors on basement
north wall. Both anchors met the acceptable minimum criteria of 5,320 PSI when pressure was applied.
