Supply and install Carrier HVAC system to replace existing equipment.
System includes:
-Indoor air handler model 40MBABQ
-Heat pump model 38MBRBQ
-10kw strip heat for supplemental
-Ecobee3 WiFi capable thermostat
-Two pack of remote sensors to work with Ecobee thermostat. These sensors can be placed in
different rooms of the house to temperature average between each sensor and main
thermostat.
Installation includes:
-Ducting transitions to adapt new equipment to existing ductwork in garage
-Refrigerant lines between air handler and heat pump
-Equipment pad underneath heat pump
*Heat pump to be mounted on left side of house (as viewed from street) to meet Edmonds
setback requirements.
-Re-use existing filter cabinet
-Connect return air ducting for entry living level of house to new location on interior wall
-Low volt wire for thermostat from air handler to new thermostat location
-Provide wire that connects air handler to heat pump, to be installed by electrician
-Start and test equipment

-Dedicated electrical circuit from panel to heat pump

-Insulating of exposed ducts in crawl space and garage. Recommended to be done to maximize
efficiency of system.

WARRANTIES: Horeco, Inc./AII Points Heating & Fireplace warrants that all material and equipment supplied shall be in accordance with the
specifications contained in this proposal. This material and equipment warranty shall be for twelve (12) months from the date of installation.
Manufacturer warranties may extend beyond this time frame. All work will be completed in a professional, workmanlike manner according to
standard industry practices and shall comply with local building code requirements. This labor/workmanship warranty shall be for 120 months
from the date of installation to the original purchaser. Purchaser's remedies are limited to repair or replacement, at Horeco, Inc./All points
Heating & Fireplace option, of defective material, equipment or workmanship during regular business hours. Under no circumstances shall
Horeco, Inc./ All Points Heating & Fireplace be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages to purchaser's property. Any action to
enforce any rights of purchaser must be instituted within twelve (12) months of the date Horeco, Inc./All Points Heating & Fireplace begins
installation.
PAYMENT TERMS: 50% deposit with a signed order before any equipment will be ordered with the balance due upon start up of installed
equipment. Special order items or trim/faceplates that do not prohibit start up of installed equipment shall not affect final payment of balance
due upon start up. Purchaser hereby grants to Horeco, Inc./All Points Heating & Fireplace a security interest in all equipment and accessories
thereto supplied by Horeco, Inc./All Points Heating & Fireplace in performance of this contract, which shall be satisfied only upon payment in
full of all amounts due under this contract. Horeco, Inc./All Points Heating & Fireplace may file this document as a non-standard UCC-1
Financing Statement.
MAINTENANCE: Annual maintenance on all equipment furnished in this proposal is encouraged to ensure the longevity of the product life. If
you would like a preventative maintenance proposal, please contact our office.
CHANGES IN THE SCOPE OF WORK: Purchaser may order changes in the work within the general scope of the contract. Horeco, Inc./All Points
Heating & Fireplace shall not be required to make any such changes unless it first receives from the Purchaser a written, signed change order
form agreeing to pay the additional charges.
DAMAGES: Horeco, Inc./All Points Heating & Fireplace shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delays occasioned by fire, material stolen
after delivery, acts of God or the public enemy. We do take responsibility for damages caused by our people and have a total of $1.5 million
insurance coverage. It is the responsibility of the owner of all equipment covered under this agreement to check for proper operation during
the course of normal business and notify Horeco, Inc./All Points Heating & Fireplace of all deficiencies during warranty period.
PROPERTY INSURANCE: Purchaser/property owner shall have in force or purchase and maintain property insurance upon all equipment and
material delivered by Horeco, Inc./All Points Heating & Fireplace to the job site. Purchaser shall assume all risk of loss for such materials and
equipment once delivered to the job site.
DISCLOSURE STATEMENT: State law required that we provide you with the following information. This contractor is registered with the state
of Washington, registration number ALLPOPH904QK, as a specialty contractor and has posted with the state a bond or cash deposit of
$12,000.00 for the purpose of satisfying claims against the contractor for negligent or improper work or breach of contract in the conduct of
the contractor's business. The expiration date of the contractor's registration is 9/9/2023. This bond or cash deposit may not be sufficient to
cover a claim, which might arise from the work done under your contract. This bond or deposit is not for your exclusive use because it covers all
work performed by this contractor. The bond or deposit is intended to pay valid claims up to $12,000.00 that you and other customers,
suppliers, subcontractors, or taxing authorities may have. For greater protection you may withhold a percentage of your contract. You may
withhold a contractually defined percentage of your construction contract as retainage for a stated period of time to provide protection to you
and help insure that your project will be completed as required by your contract. Your property may be liened. If a supplier of materials used in
your construction project or an employee or subcontractor of your contractor or subcontractors is not paid, your property may be liened to
force payment and you could pay twice for the same work. For additional protection you may request the contractor to provide you with
original "lien release" documents from each supplier or subcontractor at your project. The contractor is required to provide you with further
information about lien release documents if you request it. General information is also available from the state Department of Labor and
Industries.
PERMITS: All Points Heating will procure all necessary permits for the cost of the permits for this installation. It is the responsibility of the
homeowner to ensure all inspections are completed within 90 days of the completed work. Please initial this line for acceptance.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This represents the entire Agreement between the parties. There are no other Agreements or promises that are not
contained on any page of this Agreement.
ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL
The prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will
be made as outlined above.
