Engineering Division changes
The homeowners decided to downsize the scope of this project prior to breaking ground. The new living
area that was being added by enclosing the area under the existing covered entry is no longer being added.
The existing covered entry area will remain as is.
Since this area was already counted as existing roof on the lot coverage calculations there are no changes
to those calculations. There will also not be any new excavation or foundation work at this area. The notes
related to soil storage and silt fencing on this area of the property have been removed from the site plan
drawings.
