KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That J. L. Anderson and Mabel F. Anderson, husband P*nd
wife, for the consideration of one dollar ($1.00). receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,have
granted an eassM nt through and across their real estate for the purpose of laying a water
Pipe. to C. C. Bigelow, his heirs and assigns, said grantee being granted the right to enter
upon the said lands and construct said pipe line and to renew or repair the same as may be
required in the future. This Easment is granted exclusively for the purpose of constructing
and maintaining a water pipe line for the grantees, over and L,)on the following described lands
Southeast corner of lot Four, Section Thirteen, Township Twenty seven North,Range three
East, W.Y. Said Sasso+nt to be of sufficient width to admit the digging of a ditch of
sufficient width and depth to construct said pipe line and the pipe to be laid deep enough not
to interfere with the cultivation of the land over the sans. When necessary to r +w or repair
the said pipe line, said grantees agree not to disturb the growing crops and tre?b that may be
cultivated on or near the same, to any greater extent than necessary to perform tie work.
Should the Easment herein granted ever cease is be used for the water pipe line as herein
described, then this grant becomes null and void.
