REV1 BLD2024-0316+REVISION SCOPE+7.19.2024_3.15.03_PM+43901837/19/2024 Machuga Addition/Remodel Revision Please see attached for proposed revisions to our approved building permit (BLD2024-0316). The plan sheets that have proposed revisions include the site plan and construction plan sheets Al, A3, A4, A5, A6, S2.0, S2.1, S2.2, S2.3 and S3.1. Revised structural calculations are also included. The proposed revisions include the following: - Shifted front entry and porch to the west approximately 2.5'. This resulted in a small reduction in the structural lot coverage since the area of the covered porch was slightly reduced. - Eliminated approximately 6 sq. ft. of existing house to be retained adjacent to NW corner of new garage. This resulted in a small reduction in the structural lot coverage and impervious surface calculations. - Eliminated fireplace bumpout and gable roof on south side of living room. - Made a few changes to the window and door schedule, including additional skylights and widening the sliding door on the south side of the living room. - Extending ceiling vault from living room into kitchen so kitchen no longer has a flat ceiling. See revised structural calculations for new beam. - Shifted entry way to the west approximately 1.5' and reconfigured wall between entry way and exercise room. - Reduced size of laundry room and to add a closet in the exercise room and to add a powder room. - Gas fireplace is now on east wall of living room (interior space) instead of within a bumpout on south wall. - Reconfigured main bathroom. - Removed bearing wall between hallway and main bathroom and added a new beam in order to have space for a drop-off counter within the hallway (across from the laundry room).
