Hello,
We would like to resubmit portions of our approved permit set (BLD2022-0439) incorporating
value engineering decisions that will result in minor changes to the roof assembly and interior
garage layout. These changes only impact structural and architectural details within the
approved perimeter of the house and do not require reviews by outside departments. The
following changes are proposed:
-Replace the original 1:12 slope SIP and metal standing seam roof with a 2:12 slope
parallel chord truss and asphalt shingle roof
-Remove the interior stairwell in the garage and revise the first and second floor garage
plans as indicated in the revised drawings.
Please note that these changes were unintentionally incorporated into the architectural sheets
of the approved permit set. This occurred during the submission of the 3rd round of correction
responses on 04/25/2023. All of these changes have been highlighted in this document for
review. They can be compared against the architectural drawings from the 2nd round of
correction responses that were submitted on 02/13/2023, which represent the latest fully
reviewed architectural set.
All of the revisions in this resubmittal are indicated by the triangle delta 5 symbol in the
architectural and structural drawings. We have only included drawings that have been revised
as indicated in the sheet list below:
