CAST architecture, PLLC is the designated lead design professional for the "Angle
Residence," proposed to be constructed at 15724 72nd Ave. West, Edmonds, WA 98026,
also known as "Meadow View Lot 4."
We have reviewed the "Geotechnical Engineering Considerations" report (11 /24/21) and
the "Geotechnical Engineering Study' (7/12/13), both prepared by Geotech Consultants,
Inc. We understand their recommendations, and have incorporated into the design the
established measures to reduce the potential risk of injury or damage from any earth
movement predicted in the reports.
We have employed qualified, licenced Structural and Civil Engineers to assist us in this
work and have coordinated and incorporated their recommendations onto the plans and
into the submittal.
