If over 20 points on fixture count total, side sewer size will need to go up to 6 inch. Also if going over
20 points, we do not require an additional meter however it will be treated as two houses for billing.
ALSO, they do not get charged an additional water facility fee if over 20 on the fixture count because
the water facility fee is based off max flow of the meter size.
