RE: Iron Vista project narrative.
The Iron Vista project proposes to construct a drive aisle/fire lane for the future ingress
and egress of 4 established lots within the City of Edmonds. The project will also include
the installation of all utilities — water, sewer, storm, gas, power, phone, cable, etc. to
support the future construction of single family homes on these lots.
We have conducted a geotechnical report of the site and he has reviewed and approved
our Civil Plans for the project.
The drive aisle/fire lane will be constructed to 18' minimum in width due to the
requirement of a retaining wall in the existing 20' wide easement.
Each new home located on Lots A, B and C will be equipped with a 13D sprinkler
system. All water lines will sized to accommodate this system.
