Horizontal straps inside structure

I have reviewed the construction of the lateral elements and due to other in -place
connections have determined that the horizontal straps located inside the structure
(one exterior) are not needed. See attached reduced plan with strap symbols
highlighted in pink.
The strap highlighted in green is not needed because a shearwall was constructed
between DUANE'S GARAGE and the OFFICE; see attached reduced sheet 3.
