1. Prior to receiving final construction approval from the Engineering Division, the entire site shall
be permanently stabilized.
2. Special inspection report for all permeable paver subgrade and surfaces and subgrade for the
vegetated flow path shall be provided.
3. The 25' vegetated flow path shall be installed at the level spreader trench.
4. Install asphalt apron from the property line to the road.
5. 12" cast iron lamphole cover and concrete leveling collar shall be installed on the 6" sewer
lateral at the property line.
6. Provide recorded stormwater covenant.
7. Provide trench compaction report for the dry utility trench in 194th St SW.
8. Complete final asphalt restoration in 194th St SW.
