The purpose of this survey and report is to establish the elevation of the as -built roof ridge at the highest point.
The elevation was established by direct observation of the fm7d ridge prior to application of the shingles.
Elevation Datum
The elevation stated herein was derived from elevation data on the survey completed by Plog Engineering and is
on the NAVD88 datum.
Height
Highest point of Roof = 385.51 feet
Maximum Building Elevation per Permit BLD2023-0401 = 362.50 + 25.00 = 387.50 feet
Certification
This is to certify that the ridge elevation and building location was derived under my direct supervision and that
the survey was conducted in accordance with accepted surveying practices.
