We have another project in Edmonds where the city has asked us to have you review the site plan for waste staging and
collection. This one is located at 310 Daley Street and consists of four townhouses.
Please find attached a copy of the site plan showing the proposed staging area in blue. If this is acceptable to Sound
Disposal, please return a signed copy of the plan for us to submit with our corrections.

Per the attached photo that was taken from Daley Street looking south thru the alley, the staging area in your drawing
is fine so long as it sits west of the alley on private property and not on the easement itself (similar to the location of
the containers on the east side of the alley in the photo.

Also, does Sound Disposal have any surfacing requirements for the area under the carts? Since they would no longer be
in the alley itself, we will need to coordinate any requirements for pavement with the rest of our team.
