The project is now under building permit review, and the city has asked us to confirm that Sound Disposal can service the site as proposed. Please find attached a site plan showing the proposed buildings, refuse staging area and a brief narrative explaining how we propose servicing it. It is generally based on the markup you provided us last April, though we did move the staging area further west to avoid a conflict with one of our driveways. If this plan is acceptable to Sound Disposal, please provide confirmation to that effect. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. Thank you for your help with this project.
