a. There is no specific vendor, manufacturer, make, or model number which must be used in the creation of this
certification stamp, which can be digital in nature. These specifications can be taken to any vendor such as an
office supply store, stamp company, or any service available online.

c. With the exception of these instructions for personalizing your seal, this image cannot be changed or altered.
d. The personalization of this annual certification seal can only occur within the center of the template, depicted
at the top right of this page as a grayed out area. This "grey box" is provided merely for guidance and should
not be on the finished stamp.
e. The ink (color, if digital) of this seal shall be black.
The seal size/image produced can vary between a height of 1 3/16" and 1 9/16" and a width of 2 3/8" and 2
15/16".
g. Lettering is limited to four (4) lines of Helvetica or Arial font with a font size between eight (8) and ten (10).
Bolding is optional.
h. The second line of this seal shall start with the Certification Number followed by five (5) spaces, the word
Level followed by one (1) space, and end with the Certification Level.
i. If you run into any difficulties having your personalized certification stamp made to these specifications please
