To Whom it may concern,
We realize that the proposed fence is close to the utility lines (electricity, Communications). We will
dig the holes for the fence posts with manual tools so we can go slowly and carefully and figure if the
posts are proposed interfere with any utility line. It will allow us avoid damaging any line and adjust
slightly the path of the fence if needed. We believe that the path proposed in this application is the
best proposal with the information known at the moment, as the path crosses the utility lines only in
a simple point with a fence board that spans 8 feet, leaving some room for adjustment as needed.

Regarding the need for the fence: we very much would like the fence to be approved as the living
room has a large window facing directly the public street and the fence will help protect residents'
