Jim and Kate Mitchell,
The Commodore HOA board has reviewed your remodel plans for unit 102. Your plans include
• Moving walls in the kitchen/pantry and the master bathroom. The kitchen counter peninsula
will be extended. The wall separating the kitchen from the washer/dryer- hot water tank
area will move. The revised space will have a stack washer/dryer, hot water tank, plus
pantry shelving. We are planning on new kitchen cabinets and appliances.
• Enlarging the master bathroom by moving the bathroom wall into the bedroom area. The
shower, vanity and toilet will be updated and the locations will essentially remain the same.
• Removal of the ceiling popcom texture.
• Replacing the electrical panel and redo some kitchen wiring. There will be plumbing
changes in the master shower and the kitchen. We will obtain all building, electrical and
plumbing permits as required by city code, and maintain the building quiet hours and
security.
• Reference the floorplan attached to this letter.
The Commodore HOA board approves the plans as described above and shown in the attached
diagram.
A board representative would like to meet with you and your general contractor prior to start, to
discuss HOA restrictions from the CC&R's, as well as practices related to remodeling in this
building.
