Dear Marissa;
This letter is my response to your referenced corrections notice for project BLD2024-0191 REVISION 1
My responses follow the same order as your corrections items. All changes on the new revised plan
set, submitted with this letter, are clouded and marked revision #4.
1) Sheet A4 has been revised to show the extents of the required 1 hour rated construction for the
eaves along the east wall of the new studio addition that cross the 5 ft property setback line. I have
also updated detail 4/A4 to show the updated eaves assembly, and to reference the GA file number
[ GA # RC 2602 ]
This concludes my response to your 1 correction.
