Garner's Northwest Landscaping proposes to furnish the following landscape services.
Services - Initial
Landscape project -
Install 2" of mulch in all flower beds - till and amend with existing soil per the plans
Install 3" of medium bark upon completion of plant installation per the plans
Install backflow preventer and irrigation system for landscaped areas - bid assumes a max of 5 zones
to cover the area listed for plants. Final irrigation plan would be needed prior to installation
Install new plants per the landscape design
Work site to be cleaned up daily and upon final completion of the project

This is an initial proposal only based on initial drawings. A final proposal will be needed once plans are confirmed
No tests were done for water presure and volume - only an estimate for the irrigation system was made
using general assumptions.
Plant and material prices are based on current prices and are not guaranteed beyond 30 days
We propose to furnish all labor, equipment and material as needed to complete the above described services.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard
practices. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be done only upon a written
change order. The costs will become an extra charge over and above this proposal. All elements of this agreement are
contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. The estimate does not include material price increases,
or additional labor and materials which may be required should unforeseen problems arise after the work has started.
You, the buyer, or Garner's Northwest Inc. may cancel this transaction at any time prior to 24 hours of commencement of work.
This proposal shall be good for 30 days from the date above.
