RE: Augmented ADB Application
DRT Holdings LLC is submitting this Augmented ADB Application in connection with our planned
development at 7509 2121h St SW. The proposed development for the site includes construction of a new
36'x70', ±4,600 s.f. 2-story commercial office building and a 40'x80', ±3,200 s.f. 1-story warehouse building
with an additional ±1,600 s.f. asphalt area for outdoor storage (and for a possible future building expansion)
along the northeast side of the property, per the submitted plans.
The property is zoned as Neighborhood Business. The planned development meets the current zoning
code in ECDC 16.45.010 of Office for Primary Use. The property will be leased to our construction company
Glacier Environmental Services, Inc where we will conduct day to day administrative options. The
warehouse building (under separate application) will be used for storage of tools and small equipment, as
well as minor repairs and maintenance associated with the business. A Conditional Use Permit has been
applied for to allow for outdoor storage.
