Subject — Mathay Ballinger Park Site Improvements
This letter is in regard to your recent request to build an additional trail in Snohomish County
PUD (District) right of way for enhanced access to the Interurban Trail. This would add
approximately 47+/- feet to the trail and is acceptable to the District.
Please continue to work with Real Estate Services who will be executing a Limited Use Permit
(LUP) in the upcoming weeks which will further outline safety precautions and additional terms.
As the City of Edmonds already is in possession of an easement for the Interurban Trail a right of
entry is not needed, and preliminary scoping work can begin within the area.
