PROJECT WILL BE UNDER SINGLE OWNERSHIP (AS PER WRITTEN LETTER AND SUBSEQUENT
COMPENSATION RECORDED COVENANT) SO NO BUILDING ENCLOSURE DOCS REQUIRED.
® BASED ON CONSTRUCTION VALUATION per Professional Services Agreement
Valuation: $19,473,212.32 Building Permit Fee: $95,855.20 x 40% = $38,342.08
