The following is a narrative of changes for your review and comment. Changes have been clouded
on the affected sheets under revisions ASI 01 and ASI 02.
ASI 001 - provides updates to the main electrical room, resizing to fit both MDP panels, removing
the CMU wall. Entry was revised from 2 doors down to 1 door and centered in room. MDF
(level P1) and IDF (level 1) have been resized.
GC priced OTIS elevators; ASI 001 updates the shaft openings to work with the new
elevator design.
• A2.01P: revised openings at elevators
a. Removed CMU wall to double the size of the main electrical room #0002
b. Resized MDF room #0003
c. Revised Main electrical room to 1 opening. Note that outside of this permit
revision, the design team has coordinated the door opening to ensure that a
minimum of 42" clear is maintained from any electrical equipment.
• A2.01 , A5.11, A5.12: Revised openings at elevators
a. Revised size of IDF room #1018
b. Revised location of receiving room door #1017B. This was done in order for the
opening to stack with the P1 opening below, simplifying the structural loading
in the area.
• A6.21: Revised openings at elevator to meet revised manufacturer's requirements.
• A6.51: Added elevator door jamb detail.
• A10.01: Revised openings at elevator
• Al2.01: Updated main electrical room door, omitting the second door as it was
confirmed that it was not required due to new layout of room.

ASI 002 - provides updates for the crane openings in the PT slab and a revision to the generator
room access. The crane required updated drawings to show the openings in the PT slab,

along with updated structural calculations. The generator room was updated to include a
pad for the generator and a curb for the interior CMU to sit on. The generator door moved

from the exterior wall to the wall adjacent to the drive aisle.
