RE: BLD2021-0088 - Anthology of Edmonds Electrical RM Revision
Dear: Mr. Bjorback
The below changes were made to the building permit due to a vertical height conflict with the main MDP panel. The revision to
this requires that that the slab in the main electrical room be lowered. These changes were tracked under CCD 007 for the
Architectural and Plumbing changes, while structural was tracked under RFI 232.1 response. See below for a list of changes
• Entry was added to the main electrical room, to provide clearance at the top of the steps. The added walls are 2 hour
rated, to maintain code minimum fire rating around main electrical room; door provided is 90 minute rated.
• MDF room was revised to accommodate new electrical room vestibule.
• Floor drain added to main electrical to assist in mitigating any potential water intrusion into the new lower slab area.
Main electrical room slab was lowered 14".
