The plans for the above referenced project have been reviewed by this office. They have been found to
be essentially in compliance with the National Electrical Code and the Rules and Regulations for
Installing Electrical Wires and Equipment, Chapter 296-46B WAC.
Approval relates to the electrical design only and is subject to:
1) Any notes made on the drawings.
2) Inspection of the installation by the authority having jurisdiction.
3) Equipment requiring listing, certifications or field evaluation (search electrical testing labs at
www.lni.wa.gov for information).
Deviations from the approved drawing must be submitted to this office for review.
The approved -stamped drawings must be placed on the job site for use by the inspector. We suggest the
approved -stamped plans be preserved by the owner for future reference.
