Subj: Stern Air Conditioner Application
Jim Mckean, Rick Swartwout and Bill Vlcek reviewed the Stern request for approval of a
air conditioner unit. They propose to install an American Standard Platinum 19 low
profile 4A61-9024A1000A. It will be installed on the back side of their house. The unit
will be mounted on the ground. It will not be visible from the street. They obtained the
agreement of the adjacent property owners. The Stern proposal was supplemented by
a photo, sketch and catalog cut.
Based on the application, the supplemental material and the neighbors agreement, we
recommend that the Board approve the Stern application for an air conditioner. Our
review was performed under the provisions of Article 4.5 of the ENOA Covenants. Any
additional approvals that may be required by the City of Edmonds, Snohomish County
or Washington State are the responsibility of the applicant. Jim Mckean and Rick
Swartwout gave their approvals by email which are attached.
