We are Josh and Amy Siegel, the new owners at Walnut Street Coffee effective May 21, 2024.
We are working on getting a permit completed for Case: #COD2024-0100 for an awning which
was installed by the previous owner back in 2020. It's taking a bit of time to put together the
required documentation which we previously haven't had access to including Building
Elevations, Color Drawings, and a Plan Set. We'll be uploading those to the best of our ability
as soon as possible.
We're waiting for the contractor who installed the awning back in 2020 to send us information
on the unit itself including fastening system used for the install and will provide that information
as soon as it is available.
