The Board of the Breakwater Edmonds Condominium Association has reviewed and
approved the proposed work by Cornerstone Construction Group for Unit 3D, subject to
Cornerstone obtaining all required permits and inspections.
The Board is aware that the remodel of Unit 3D will take 3-4 months, and only licensed,
bonded, and insured contractors will be performing the work.
