sink fixtures.
j) Trash (Republic Services) and recycling (Sound Disposal) are the responsibility of Catalynt
Solutions, Inc. There is a dumpster and 2 large recycle bins in a fenced off area in the tower
parking lot and waste is removed from building daily.
k) Signage for The Catalynt Collective Tenant Suite 105 will be within the building in lobby. No
external signage will be added to the Catalynt Collective outdoors.

1. -Door hardware: Falcon W511 CP6D-DAN-626-KD Keyed Office/Entry Lever and Falcon
Q330-201-626 latch
-Wall framing details: 2x6" treated wood framing. Connected to existing vertical wall
framing, no ceiling attachment but taken all the way to the drop ceiling tiles. There will be a
double 2x6" treated wood base attached to the concrete floorwith 1/2' bolts/anchors.
2. Kitchen cabinetry: There will only be base cabinetry for kitchenette; no wall mounted
cabinets. The base cabinet measurements are 54' x 34.5" x 24" (W x H x D).
3. The distance between latch side of door #6 and the cabinets is 12".
4. The bathroom sink cabinet is 18" x 33" x 21" (W x H x D), leaving a 39" clearance through
bathroom.
5. Toilet compartment dimensions: 36" x 27" (W x D). Width between wall and sink: 36". Width
between center of toilet and wall: 15". There will be no grab bars installed.
*Please note: There are 2 - ADA stalls with grab bars located in the public restrooms within
the lobby of the main building. These 2 ADA stalls accommodate for occupancy of whole
building, both suites included.
Top of walls to be braced to structure, not ceiling grid.
