City of Edmonds Community Development 23.10.080, 23.10.090 Tree Replacement
Dear Ryan: I am pleased to provide you with this quotation in the amount of $5,250.00, FIVE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS. Scope of work as follows:
Planting of 21 required replacement trees meeting the standards set forth in City of Edmonds Community
Development 23.10.080 and 23.10.090 Tree Replacement.
Within this quotation I have included $125.00 per tree labor and installation costs. A purchase cost allowance of
$125.00 per tree. Replacement tree species shall include 11 Pacific Dogwood and 10 Siberian Pea Shrub. Per
23.10.090, should a performance bond be required by the director, please add 20% to this quotation for purposes
of obtaining a performance bond.
This quotation shall be valid until 8/30/2026.
