Dear Mr. Danson,
On behalf of Housing Hope Properties, I am writing this letter to provide permission to Olympic View
Water & Sewer District representatives for access to the backflow devices and/or the building premises
for inspection purposes. It's required by Washington State law that a backflow preventer be tested
annually, and any failure of the device is to be rectified as soon as possible. The agency understands that
Olympic View Water and Sewer District may terminate water services to the subject building if these
requirements are not met.
