This letter is to accompany revised civil, utility, landscape, architectural, structural and electrical drawings that
were previously issued under construction permits listed above. Please review and approve revisions listed
below and shown on enclosed revised drawings.

• Reduce width of 4 parking stalls (8'-0" wide per ECDC 18.95.020A.1.b), shift curb / expand
planter for larger electrical transformer / secondary equipment. Project meets minimum
parking requirement of 50 on -site spaces per Administrative Design Review — Findings,
Conclusions, and Decision pages 9-10 (ECDC 16.60.030.13). Proposed 4 reduced width stalls
are < 50% of standard angled parking. (BLD2022-1323)
• RFI 24 — Fire Marshal approval required for (2) remote FDCs at east side and (2) at west
side of site. Contractor confirmed that change acceptable to Olympic View Water & Sewer
District. (BLD2022-1323)
• Bldg. B, Unit B101, south bedroom — revise west bedroom window to operable casement
egress window W. (BLD2022-1320)
• Bldg. A, B, & C door hardware set clarifications. (BLD2022-1319, -1320, -1321)
• Revised 11/S4.11 exterior wood post concrete plinth flush with adjacent walk.
