This letter is to accompany revised civil, landscape and architectural site drawings that were previously issued
under construction permits listed above. Please review and approve revisions listed below and shown on
enclosed revised drawings.
REVISION SCHEDULE:

• Abandon (4) compact parking spaces at the southwest (approved via REV 01); and restore
(4) standard parking spaces, adjust curb and landscape planter area per originally issued
permit drawings. Refer to A1.10 Site Plan showing (4) restored standard angled parking
spaces that are 8'-6" wide.
• Propose (12) compact angled parking spaces at the southeast, adjust curb and expand
landscape planter. Reduce width of (12) compact angled parking spaces to 8'-0" wide per
ECDC 18.95.020A.1.b. Project meets minimum parking requirement of 50 on -site spaces
per Administrative Design Review — Findings, Conclusions, and Decision pages 9-10 (ECDC
16.60.030.13). Proposed (12) reduced width angled compact parking spaces are < 50% of
provided standard angled parking.
