Hi David,
We are putting the finishing touches on approving this project.
One of the reviewers noticed a few minor inconsistencies in the drainage report. These will not affect the design but we
want some minor tweaks to the report.
Page 6 — the table of impervious surface area does not include the sidewalk or the right-of-way. The modeling
includes the bypass basin (0.03 acre sidewalk) but not the right of way. The difference is minor relative to the
overall impervious, so it will not negatively affect the performance of the vault.
Figure 3 show 0.5 acres of the bypass basin. Should be 0.05 acres?
There are two ways to fix this: 1) You give permission for us to redline the report or 2) You make the changes to the
report and resubmit.
Let me know what works best for you.
Thanks,

Jennifer, we are working through the review comments. Two questions.
1) The proposed curb line (11 foot lane) is landing right over the Olympic water main. Olympic then wants the project to
reconstruct the water main away from the curb. The team is wondering if we can make the lane wider and move the
curb back away from the water main?
2) There was discussion about the dumpster pad. The location is on the opposite side of the existing sewer making a
connection inconvenient. Couple questions/options here.
• Immediately downstream of the pad is a biopod treatment system. Could we place a floatables separator and
connect to the enhanced treatment system?
• Could we cover the pad and then place a dead end sump (Type 2 cb). Housing Hope would vactor it out when
full?
• Are there other options you have seen? Maybe a specific treatment system at the dumpster pad?
Thanks
