We have uploaded this document to City of Edmonds online portal at mybuildingpermit.com under BLD2022-1323. Our responses are provided in blue text and numbered in accordance with each review letter: Engineering Division Civil Plan Review Comments, dated December 2, 2022 ENGINEERING — CIVIL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS SHEET C3.0 —GRADING & PAVING PLAN 8. Block walls are shown along the north and east property lines. Confirm walls can be constructed without disturbance to adjacent private property or provide agreements/easements that allow for temporary disturbance. Response: Temporary construction and slope easements are proposed per enclosed Draft Easements. Upon close of escrow of subject site, developer Housing Hope will execute with indicated adjacent property owners. LANDSCAPE PLANS 7. The plans show work to be completed on adjacent eastern property; however, the civils do not show any work to be completed in this area. Revise plans to be consistent. If work is proposed on any adjacent properties, please provide agreement/easement that allows for the work to be completed.
