Furthermore, it is not to be condominiumized. Please note that the "Sale Prohibition Covenant of Multiunit Residential Building" document will be executed and recorded at a later time upon the capital closing sale to ELCFA LLC, of which Housing Hope Properties (a subsidiary of Housing Hope) is currently the sole member.
