-Replace the existing thermostat with a MHK-2

Remove and replace the existing furnace with a Mitsubishi air handler. Increase the size of the return to a 30x14 to fit a PEAD air handler into
cap off the gas line and exhaust. the attic. Regular size will not fit through normal access.
