Unfortunately, I think those house area numbers did not get updated prior to our building permit submittal. We finalized our building areas and placed a table on Sheet A0.0. The true numbers would be: R-3 SFR — VB 1 st floor: R-3 SFR — VB 2nd floor: U — Misc Attached Garage: U — Misc Detached Garage 2,004 SF 1,796 SF 500 SF 248 SF (Under Separate Permit BLD2024-0551) I'm sorry about not clearing this up sooner. It is a reduction in the size of the building compared to the numbers submitted in the My Building Permit form. I want to make sure we don't have conflicting information out there during the review, especially since this will conflict with the information we provided in our lot coverage diagram. I'd appreciate the opportunity to update these numbers if that is possible. I'd also like to make sure we aren't paying twice for the 248 SF detached garage that is being permitted separately under BLD2024-0551. Please let me know if I need to update the information on My Building Permit.
