ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL PLAN CHANGES.
1. New cast -in -place concrete footings added below furnace room to sheet S 1.0 to
accommodate new post. See revised sheet S1.0 and Al.1.
2. New steel post and beams added within the furnace room area to support RB-4
roof beam above. See revised S1.1 and Al.1.
3. Post removed at the southwest corner outside of the existing laundry room and
additional cantilevered floor joist added to pick up loads of new bump out. See
revised S1.0 and Al.1.
4. New steel post added to support new steel ridge beam within dining room. See
revised S2.20 and A1.2.
5. New roof transfer beam was added to support new ridge beam between master
and second bedroom. See revised S2.20 and A1.2.
