Hi, folks,
I recently purchased a unit at Rustic Manor condos in Edmonds. During the closing,
the escrow company tried mailing me documents to the legal address as per below
and it was returned so I have two issues.

One, please update my taxpayer's address to: 21114 77th PI W, Unit 103, Edmonds,
WA 98026. I sold the Harbour Pointe Unit #DD107 in November 2024.
Two, it seems that the property address is in conflict with the address recognized by
the post office. When I was closing on this place, the escrow company tried mailing to
unit #403 as listed on the assessor website as the property address and it was
returned. The post office only delivers and only recognizes the address above as my
taxpayer address, ie, Unit #103.
Apparently back in 1993 a new development was created across the street from
Rustic Manor and when it was developed the City of Edmonds gave us all new
addresses and numbers and the old numbering system was retired. See attached
letter. How can I get the legal address changed to match the current address
recognized by Edmonds and also the post office?
