Bob,
In reference to our phone conversations, we have produced a plan of action.
Background:
Your permit application was denied twice, MOSTLY due to no civil plans.
You are hoping to stay within 2018 code cycle & resubmitted late last night.
No civil plans were submitted, and the package did not meet our minimum requirements for
submission.
An intake correction form was sent to you from myself and Engineering.
Multiple calls were made, and I got permission to offer this solution:
Please resubmit all documents under the original permit application that is on your dashboard
(BLD2024-0257)
I will then calculate the fees & invoice. The fees will need to be paid by 4:30 today.
You will have until 4/1/24 4:30pm to submit a FULL SET of civils. When submitted, we will
review for completeness, if acceptable we will continue with the review process.
If unacceptable we will have to deny the application & have you resubmit with 2021 codes.
I am placing the project into review queues now so you will not miss out on the 2 weeks being in
line.
I am on vacation starting the 2911, and you are aware that you can speak with my supervisor -
Kristin about this arrangement when I am gone.

The Development Services Permit Center is open M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm for Telephone and
Digital/Remote access. In -Person walk-in service is currently available Mon -Fri 8:30am to
2:00pm, closed for lunch 12-1pm; appointments are encouraged. I work remotely 3-4 days a
week, but on Mondays I am typically in office.
