THE EASEMENT AND RIGHT -OF -Mar HEREBY GRANTED IS LOCATED IN THE COu:ITY OF SNOHOMISH,
- STATE OF WASHINCTON, AND IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWSS--
A strip of land 10 feet in width, 5 feet on either side of the following
described centerline: -- - -
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the following described tract: the
South 360 feet of the East half, Southwest quarter, Northeast -quarter; --
Northeast quarter of Section 36, T274, R3E, W.M. Less the West 310 feet;
thence South 89°51109'I'Ei21.53 feet thence South 1°23'44"E 40.00 feet to
the True Point of Beginning; thence northwesterly to a point on the West
.line of said tract a distance thereon South 1°13104"E 18.47 feet from the
Northwest corner of said tract, the terminus of said easement; TOGETHER _-
WiTH the North 5 feet of the South 230 feet of said tract;
Together With the South 5 feet of the West 100 feet of the following
described subdivision: The East half; Southwest quarter, Northeast quarter,
Northeast quarter of Section 36, T27N, R3E, W.M. Less the West 200 feet
and Less the South 360 feet.
THE UNDERSIGNED GRANTOR (S) ALSO AGREE(5)-THAT HE WILL GRANT THE OLWPIC VIEW
WATER DISTRICT A LICENSE TO GO AND ENTER UPON THE SAID PROPERTY A REASONABLE DISTANCE
ON EITHER SIDE OF THE AFORESAID EASEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES, SAID LICENSE TO
TERMINATE UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK WITHIN SAID EASEMENT.
THE DISTRICT AGREES TO RESTORE TO SUBSTANTIALLY THE ORIGINAL CONDITION SUCH IM-
PROVEMENTS AS ARE DISTURBED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION, . -MAINTENANCE ANO REPAIR OF SAID
