Kelnero Dlumbine alteration
1) Plumbing Plan, attached is the plumbing plan from the original permit to open Kelnero.
I have edited it to add the new ice location in the mech/store room, and the dump sink
behind the bar.
2) Project scope. Kelnero is a currently operating cocktail lounge, we're looking to relocate
the ice machine out of the bar area to the mech/storage room where there is already a
water supply and drain, and installing a new backflow for it. In the space behind the bar
that the ice machine used to occupy, we would like to install an ice bin, and dump sink,
both indirectly drained into the floor drain that is right there already.
