To Whom it May Concern:
For some background on this project, back in June we met with Leif Bjorback and Denise Nelson on a
zoom call to discuss receiving an extension for the 2nd phase of project #BLD2021-0869 due to
extenuating circumstances. Since that discussion, it was decided by the owner to greatly reduce and
revise the scope of work, which is included within this permit submittal. We would like to close out
this previous project (BLD2021-0869), with only the front east portion of the proposed plans being
completed.. Contractor, Caleb Quick with Space I Craft Homes (p: 206-818-9653
