At your request and authorization, Cobalt Geosciences, LLC was on -site to observe the top soils in
the flow paths for the dispersion systems for the above referenced site.
We arrived and observed 4 separate dispersion systems all with approximately 2 feet of imported
topsoil located in the flow paths. These soils appear suitable for their intended use.

At your request and authorization, Cobalt Geosciences, LLC was on -site to observe the subgrade for
the permeable pavement for the above referenced site.
We arrived and observed approximately 6 inches of 2 inch clean gravel backfilled for the subgrade
for the proposed permeable pavement surfaces. The gravel was backfilled onto sandy to silty sand
loose to medium dense material. Soils appear consistent with those noted in our previous
geotechnical report.
