1. The positive drain from Lot B was approved to be directed into a separate drywell on Lot B.
However, this drain is currently running from Lot B and crossing Lot A to ultimately connect to
the City's storm system. This configuration shall require an easement to be recorded prior to
final of single-family residences for Lot A and Lot B.
a. Email a copy of the recorded easement to en-ing eeringpermitskedmondswa.gov prior to
final.
b. Update the as -built drawings for Lot A and B to include the easement and the revised
footing drain and conveyance line prior to final.
2. The footing drains for Lots A, B, and C will need to have landscape fabric on top of the washed
rock, then washed rock can be brought to grade on top of the landscape fabric. The rock and
pipe is currently only wrapped on the bottom and sides only.
a. Wrap on top and recall for inspection.
