SUBJECT: Fire Alarm Replacement
CUSTOMER
Carmel Condos
• Provide (1) Electrical Permit
• Provide and install (1) Silent Knight 6808 Fire Alarm Panel
• Provide and install (2) 12v 7ah batteries
• Test system to make sure all points report to monitoring and complete a full
ring down to make sure all devices are working correctly
ASSUMPTIONS OF SCOPE:
• All cable pathways will be easily accessible and free and clear from any obstructions.
• All work will be performed in accordance with standards in effect at the time of bid
and State and local codes. SeaCom Cabling Inc. will test all newly installed cabling
test results will be provided upon completion.
• Work performed during hours other than normal business hours will be billed at
premium rates. Such work must be approved in writing by the Customer
Representative and SeaCom authorized personnel.
• Access will be provided in a timely manner to all facilities where work is requested.
Delays and /or interruptions resulting from lack of access may result in additional
charges.
EXEMPT FROM SCOPE:
• Shift work
• Performance and Bid Bonds
• Core drills & x-rays
• Cutting and patching of drywall
• Permit
• Painting
• Sales Tax
• Line Voltage
• Conduit
• Fire Caulk/Sealing
• Changes required by AHJ outside of NEC/NFPA compliance
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• Payment Terms: Material and Installation will be invoiced upon completion and
acceptance.
Standard payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Late invoices will be
assessed finance charges of 1% per month.
• Change Order: If changes are required during the course of this project. A change
order will be provided and work will continue upon execution of the change.
• Warranty: SeaCom warrants each installation performed by SeaCom against defects
in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of completion,
provided SeaCom technicians perform all additions, moves and changes to the
original project.
• SeaCom shall not be liable for damages to material or bodily injury arising from
causes beyond its reasonable control.
• These Prices are good for a period of 30 days.
• Confidential Information: This bid information is confidential and proprietary, for use
only by Customer for this project.
