We are reaching out today to request a solid waste review of our 310 Daley Townhouses project in Edmonds. The site is
currently addressed 312 Daley Street.
Please find attached a copy of the project's site plan for your reference with the proposed staging area highlighted. The
project consists of four townhouses [no commercial floor area], and we have sized the staging area to accommodate
eight 98-gallon refuse carts to allow for trash and recycling to be collected on the same day. The staging area is shown
along the curb for ease of access, and we have additional curb length available if more space is needed.
If this proposal is acceptable to Sound Disposal, please send us an approval letter to include with our permit submittal.
Feel free to contact our office if you have any questions or would like to request a change.
