Scope of Work: Install a storm water catch basin at the crest of the hill located in
the driveway of 9219. An 8"HDPE pipe will be placed in the open ditch that now
exists and covered with gravel to reduce maintenance. From the catch basin, an
8" HDPE pipe will descend down the open face approximately 170' to a T'
dispersal device that will dissipate and distribute the area storm water near the
bottom of the slope, thereby greatly reducing slope erosion.

REQUEST: To receive support for the above listed Scope of Work proposed upon
the adjoining space depicted as "PARK PRESERVE" in compliance with the City of
Edmonds municipal code and as exhibited in the attached plan.
